Renewable energy technologies are the main support for what we want to be a sustainable energy strategy. The USA is mainly concerned about the energy security issues targeting reducing the fossil fuel consumption for industrial or domestic use. We can access any expensive source of energy.
We are specie with deep concerns for our needs. So we use in our support the three generations of renewable technologies. Each one include different type of energy. The 2020 strategy for global energy affects The Scottish energy strategy to a large scale. Important debates overcame lately to all government levels with a clear porpoise in reducing the energy dependency on traditional sources (coal, gas). One of the areas in discussions is to cutoff the financial support for large projects in biomass electricity generators, considered source of pollution for
the natural environment. Instead the Scottish political leaders plan to support another source of energy more reliable and cleaner, such as tidal energy. This proposal is part of the optimistic Scottish strategy in renewable energy industry with difficult tasks for 2020.
